Research On The Construction Of User Satisfaction Evaluation System For Tourism Apps

In recent years,The income of Chinese people is constantly increasing,which drives the development of the travel industry.Tourism,as an important part of the service industry,has achieved rapid development while the living standard of Chinese people is improving.On the one hand,more and more people's disposable income,the development of tourism provides economic and social basis,on the other hand,with the improvement of modern science and technology level,the emergence of a series of online travel APP make travel a simple thing,have a mobile phone at any time and enough cash.It is undeniable that the emergence of tourism APP not only meets the needs of tourism development,but also makes more people willing to travel.Based on the analysis of the classic satisfaction model and empirical research,this paper discusses the factors of user satisfaction in the tourism industry,studies and introduces the existing research situation of tourism mobile APP.In evaluating online travel service APP,we introduced the specific customer satisfaction index,through the analysis of different methods to find the influence factors that influence the degree of customer satisfaction for the travel APP,then by building the evaluation system,discusses the influence of different factors,finally for mobile phone APP related program optimization and improvement,put forward effective advice,make customer needs can correctly reflected in the direction of the APP improvement.
