The Study On Sharing Mechanism Of Guangdong Digital Archive Information Resources

With the rapid development of the information age,the users' demand for file information has become more complex and diverse.And the demand for rich,high-quality,efficient,and convenient search services has also increased.However these service requirements exceed the capacity of the archives.The archive information resources provided by individual archives are far below users' needs of diversification.The universal application of information technology in the archives field and the comprehensive development of digital archives construction,with the help of Internet technology,provide possibilities of sharing of digital archive information resources between libraries.In this paper,taking the construction of the cross-archives access platform of Guangdong for example,we collected the data on the present situation of the platform,through user interviews,field investigations,and literature review.The status quo of service was analyzed to investigate the basic conditions of Guangdong Province's cross-archives consultation and utilization services.Based on this,the existing problems were pointed out and the reasons were analyzed.It is found that Guangdong's cross-archives search and utilization platforms are mainly accompanied by low enthusiasm of members in sharing,lack of adequate protection of the shared information,unclear responsibilities in the process of the information sharing,lack of manpower and funds for information sharing,inter-library technical facilities,the data standards incompatible with each other,the platform data not updated in a timely manner,the business process of information sharing needing optimization,and the communication between member halls not smooth enough.It is mainly caused by insufficient input of resources,lagging construction standards,imperfect management systems,lack of effective management mechanisms,inadequate technical support capabilities,and imperfect laws and regulations.In response to these problems and causes,this paper advise to improve Guangdong's cross-archives consultation and utilization services by establishing a data governance system,strengthening the coordination and coordination of sharing,improving the sharing system security system,accelerating the formulation of regulatory and technical standards,improving the sharing support system,and increasing the sharing of job security.
