The Research For China’s Province Archives Network Information Resources Sharing

As archives network information resources sharing research is the important content of the construction of the archives information technology, in recent years about the network information resources sharing research theory and practice have great progress. But due to the imbalance of economic development in provinces, website construction of digital resources is uneven in different areas, and the cyber sources of archives sharing research has also become empty. In order to promote the construction of archives information, this article researches forty-four provincial archives and summaries the current situation of the cyber sources, then building the Network Information Resources Sharing Platform of the Provincial Archives from four aspects.The part I is the Resources Platform. It put the web site of the provincial files network resources classification, and summarized as nine databases:the Ming and Qing dynasties files resources databases, before the founding of the file databases, after the founding of the file databases, the revolutionary historical archives databases, the people’s livelihood files resources databases, the multimedia archives databases, the characteristic files resources databases, the current document databases, the government affaires information public databases.The part II is the Technology Platform. It is used the CORBA technology to build the provincial website file sharing platform of network resources.The part III is the Policy Platform. This paper discussed from the network security regulations, domain names management regulations, etc, ensured that provincial files network information resources’sharing platform followed the laws and the rules.The part IV is Management Platform. It includes talents platform and backup platform, and ensure the files of the network information resources’sharing carried out smoothly.Although this sharing platform still remain in the theoretical exploration, I believe that there will be a safety、convenient and quick sharing mode during the provincial archives websites by the scholars’ discussing.
