As one of the country's important development strategies,industrial parks have pushed China's industrialization process and promoted industrial development.The construction of industrial parks can effectively promote China's scientific and technological advancement,promote the development of high-tech industries,enhance independent innovation capabilities and core competitiveness,and stimulate economic growth.However,with increasingly fierce market competition,more and more diversified customer demands and seasonal demand for products,companies cannot continue to survive in good terms relying on their own capabilities,resources and capitals,as well as advantages brought by industrial parks.Integrating the manufacturing resources of enterprises in industrial parks,making use of idle manufacturing resources in a sharing way,and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises in industrial parks and industrial parks is a feasible solution to the above problems.According to users'demands the cloud manufacturing model that organizes online manufacturing resources(manufacturing cloud)can effectively realize efficient collaboration among enterprises and achieve efficient use of idle resources.How to configure the idle resources among enterprises in industrial parks is a key issue.Therefore this thesis will introduce the cloud manufacturing model for the sharing and allocation of manufacturing resources among enterprises in industrial parks,and study the allocation problem of cloud manufacturing services based on double auctions.The specific research content of this thesis is as follows:(1)The present situation of the use of manufacturing resources in industrial parks is demonstrated,and the problems of enterprises in industrial parks sharing manufacturing capabilities/resources is analyzed according to the cloud manufacturing model,and the difficulties of the problems are found out;(2)A cloud manufacturing service platform for industrial parks is designed and a double auction process is designed aiming at solving the difficulty of cloud manufacturing service sharing and allocation in industrial parks;(3)Based on the double auction process,through the establishment of mathematical models,and two different double auction mechanisms is designed to achieve the sharing and allocation of manufacturing resources among enterprises in industrial parks.A simulation model was built using C#language,and the validity of the two mechanisms is verified by multiple groups of examples;(4)The management module of cloud manufacturing service platform is explained in detail,and the platform is introduced through operating examples.The results show that by introducing cloud manufacturing,the auction mechanism designed in this thesis can effectively allocate the manufacturing resources in industrial parks,reduce production cost and improve the competitiveness of enterprises in industrial parks.
