With the model cloud manufacture proposed and the deep research of experts and scholars at home and abroad,more and more manufactures are transforming to wisdom,greening and service.Industry alliance is an important cooperation mode between enterprises to build a competitive industrial chain,and is widely used in the manufacturing industry.At present,the industrial alliance in the widespread existence of resources and equipment idle,product design and manufacturing and testing cycle is too long,the lack of independent research and development capacity of SMEs and other issues.How to make a better way to enhance the overall manufacturing capacity of industrial alliance enterprises based on cloud manufacturing has become a hot topic in the academic and industrial circles.Based on this,this paper presents a framework for cloud manufacturing service platform for industrial alliance,and has studied several key technologies.The main research work of this paper includes:1.The cloud manufacturing service platform framework for industry alliance is designedBased on the study of industry alliance's industry characteristics,the concept of CMIA for industrial alliance is given,and the framework of CMIA service platform is designed.The framework includes user layer,service engine layer,service management layer,service resource layer and resource virtual Layer,the main function design and operation mode of CMIA service platform are given.2.A cloud manufacturing service description method based on multi-granularity is proposed.Based on the analysis of the composition and characteristics of the cloud manufacturingservice,it is divided into atomic service,compound service and product service according to the granularity.The hierarchical description and registration of the cloud manufacturing service are realized,and the application of the method is given.Cloud manufacturing service definition,and through the OWL-S ontology description language of the cloud manufacturing services were semantically described3.The modeling method of CMIA service by domain driven is proposed.Combined with the concept of domain engineering and the characteristics of industrial alliance,the CMIA service model is designed,and the CMIA service development process is studied.The combination algorithm of composite service and the combination of product and service are given to improve the efficiency of CMIA service.Finally,the prototype system of cloud manufacturing service platform for elevator industry alliance is developed,and the platform has design services,analysis services,manufacturing services registration and publishing,manufacturing service portfolio and call,elevator product design and calculation functions,Which can realize the multi-granularity management of the manufacturing service in the elevator design and manufacture.Through the construction of the elevator design and calculation field model,the reuse process and the customization process of the common technology in the elevator design calculation activities are realized,and the validity and feasibility of the paper's methods are verified.
