In September 2013,China proposed "The Belt and Road" initiative,As one of the most important countries along the initiative,India has an important and special significance.This paper selects 770 Sino Indian Relations reports from September 1,2013 to December 31,2017,which are the representatives of China's official media,"news broadcast" and "people's Daily" as the object of study.The content analysis method and text analysis method are used to analyze it.According to the three levels of the framework,the report samples are studied from high,medium and low levels.This article is divided into the following four chapters:The first chapter is mainly about the sample selection,the description of the coding,and the display of the samples.It was found that the reporting types of Sino Indian relations were based on high-level dialogues and economy.The report covers a wide range of topics.The sources of information are mainly Chinese and Indian leaders,and other Chinese and Indian experts and scholars account for less.The second chapter reviews the relationship between China and India and analyzes the high level structure of the reporting framework.The media told the Chinese and Indian Relations on the macro level based on dialogue to talk about demand and economic talks.At the same time,the cultural exchange between China and India can create wealth and be deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.There is a point of interest for developing and stabilizing China India relations,but the process of solving boundary issues is still slow.The third chapter analyzes the middle and low level structure of the framework through the main events,cases,word frequency,value attitude and so on.It is found that the hierarchical structure is not balanced,and the "plot" framework is used,and the "theme" framework is less used.The word frequency is more concentrated,mainly "cooperation" and "economy",and the value attitude is mostly positive and neutral.The fourth chapter discusses the "news broadcast" and "people's Daily" reported that the Sino Indian relations framework type and structure,in the "The Belt and Road" background,and carries on the review and summarize the significance of the official media speak good relations between India and China,to guide the international public opinion ability.
