In recent years,with the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing technology,intelligent technology is applied to the industrial manufacturing sector penetration,there are a lot of schools and scientific research institutions at home and abroad to carry out the research of the monitoring system,aiming at improving the efficiency of industrial production,increase the output,at the same time to facilitate effective management of equipment.Combining with the former welder monitoring research status at home and abroad,found the domestic study of shipyard welder monitoring is less,at the same time,most of the monitoring system of data transmission is realized by using the field wiring way,the application process is relatively difficult,is not conducive to application in the shipyard complex workshop environment.With the rapid advancement of information technology in manufacturing industry,ship manufacturing technology is developing in an intelligent direction,and wireless communication technology is applied to welding machine monitoring.Based on the problem of the lack of effective monitoring methods for the shipyard welding machine,this paper puts forward the application of the welder intelligent monitoring system based on WIFI(Wireless Fidelity)to the monitoring of the welding machine in the shipyard.This paper first introduces the welder monitoring research background and research significance,and introduces the development and application of WIFI technology,expounds the advantages of WIFI technology,welding machine and on the basis of WIFI technology design of intelligent monitoring and control system.Through the information collection technology,describes in detail welder acquisition methods of intelligent monitoring system of data source,including welding current,voltage acquisition,introduction and application of bar code recognition technology,the application of non-contact IC card.Through summarizing shipyard butt welding machine control system functional requirements,including real-time display welding data,statistical energy welding machine,welding machine,welder work time distribution and fault alarm prompt,and so on.Combined with the demand analysis of the shipyard,the overall framework of the intelligent monitoring system of the welding machine is designed,and the welding operation management,welding machine management and welder management are realized.According to the requirements,the database design of the monitoring system of the intelligent monitoring system of the welding machine is summarized,and the design of the function module of the welding machine intelligent monitoring system is completed.With SQL Server 2005 as the background database,the storage of working data of welder is realized,which makes it easy to query historical data.Through the application of wireless AP(Access Point wireless)as the signal transmission base station,the data collection data is transmitted to the server effectively,thus forming a complete welding machine monitoring system.Finally,the intelligent monitoring system for welding machine field application testing shipyard,through constructing the shipyard workshop network environment,complete welding data terminal network Settings,welder welding parameters from the collector terminal to the server.The actual application test shows that the intelligent monitoring system of the welding machine can effectively monitor the working condition of the welder,and it can help the shipyard management personnel to manage the welding machine effectively.
