The company is characterized by big logistics, great raw material –consuming, high percentage of costs of raw material in total costs of products, great width of logistics, complex processing control. Therefore, good control to logistics is the key of improving the efficiency of the company, while Information Management System of Distributed Storage is able to help the company control logistics efficiently. Research on data acquisition, monitoring, transmission system, the main part of storage information system, which can help the company manage manufacturing and installing in locale, manage supplying company, make information management system support logistics system efficiently. Firstly, by analyzing the characteristics of distributed storage of Architectural Metal Structural Product Manufacturing industry, by analyzing requirements of company on distributed storage management information system, and aiming at the problems on data acquisition, monitoring, exchange of distributed storage management of Architectural Metal Structural Product Manufacturing industry in our nation, the paper put forward the implementation method of information, monitoring, exchange system, and made some research on foundational techniques involved in this method. Secondly, by analyzing the characteristics of the company, the paper put forward a data acquisition system and illustrated its function and implementation method. And the paper made some research on the application of wireless internet technique in temporary storage of the company because of lacking network equipment. In addition, because there is great information exchange between Architectural Metal Structural Product Manufacturing company and its supplying company, the paper put forward information transmission and exchange system among companies, and made some research on some techniques, such as information conversion parse tool, information mapping principle, information encryption. Through the application of SOAP technique in the transmission process of information management system, the system can solve the transmission and exchange problem between company and its supplying company efficiently. At last, by combining with the national 863 project "Development and Application of ASP Platform Facing Center City (project code: 2003AA414024), through some practical application in some factories, the paper validated the feasibility and rationality of information acquisition, monitoring, information exchange technique applied in the distributed storage management system of Architectural Metal Structural Product Manufacturing company.
