Many different types sensors were fixed in each important spots of a large-scale, complex structure, in order to acquire the data reflecting the health state of the structure. A sensors-network was constituted, so the data acquisition system was a Distributed System(DS). Because of the great amount of data, more computers were needed to process data parallelly, it showed great important meanings to study distributed structure health monitoring system.This dissertation studied the design and realization of a distributional software system for structure health monitoring. With the rapid development and application of the modern network and communication, remote monitor had become possible. In order to meet the requirements, a remote structure health measuring and monitoring system based on client/server model was introduced, and its architecture and functions were well clarified. Also, a program was developed with the foundation of TCP/IP protocol. Finally, the communication between the remote controller and local computer is realized.Because of the particularity of some scene monitoring environment and the structures monitored, embedded system PC104 module was selected to develop the data acquisition and signal outputting system, and the monitoring data acquisition was realized. Also, wireless and long-distance monitoring is developed based on the serial communication, using wireless and topological network.
