Performance appraisal has been widely known by many enterprises,but also has been used.However,when using performance appraisal,it often results in inaccuracy of performance indicators,which results in a failure of performance appraisal mechanism.In this paper,through literature research on the related concepts and theories are summarized,the the Great Wall media group gathering post performance status,problems and reasons are analyzed,and through the investigation and interview method,Delphi method,AHP method and balanced scorecard theory,360 degree performance appraisal method,key performance index method,target management theory and post performance index of the Great Wall media group improved.According to the research,there are the following problems in the performance appraisal of the Great Wall media group's acquisition and post: the assessment index is not scientific enough,the result is only linked to the salary,and the performance appraisal lacks feedback mechanism.Based on the strategic guiding principle,communication principle,classification management principles,the principle of objective assessment of the Great Wall media group is designed based on the financial dimension,customer dimension,internal operating dimension,learning and growth dimensions for the level of performance appraisal index system,based on the manuscript,special services,and reproduced,reproduced the audience satisfaction,audience viscosity,process optimization process,innovation and learning ability,the growth direction of two level indicators of performance appraisal and self recovery graphic reports quantity,per capita monthly manuscript number special corporate soft,on feeds,reproduced,the identity of offline activities,website access UV,website access PV,online at the website,error rate,the number of the waste release rate,originality,the market response sensitivity,news clues training time,improve the ability index,work attitude,the per capita monthly award number,suggestions The penalty rate is three level performance indicators.Finally,from the system,organization,publicity,culture,training and other aspects of the the Great Wall media group work performance evaluation to improve the evaluation of the evaluation.
