The Jiemian is the new media product under the banner of Shanghai newspaper industry group.Through content operation,high quality content and efficient production and expansion of user scale have been realized,and the popularity of original high-quality financial news brand has been continuously improved.Generally speaking,the Jiemian brings fresh feeling to the market and users in the process of development,especially in content operation.This article takes the Jiemian as the research object,uses the literature analysis method,the depth interview method,the case study method and the content analysis method to explore the concrete practice of the Jiemian in the four aspects of content production,content presentation,content dissemination and content conversion,analyzes its content operation strategy,sums up its effect,and gives the traditional media and new media company provides some valuable inspiration for content operation.Through the research,it is found that the strategy of the Jiemian in content operation has four points as follows: first,accurate positioning,multi mode production content;secondly,using various forms to present content;third,using multi-channel to carry out content communication;fourth,exploring multiple paths for content change.The Jiemian has achieved success through content operation:first of all,the Jiemian gather the user and quality content;secondly,meet the user's content consumption demand;third,the propagation matrix is initially formed,the effect of communication is enhanced;finally,a variety of ways to break the content are difficult to solve the problem.Finally,from the Jiemian of the content operation strategy to obtain inspiration,:the first is to accurately locate,improve the production efficiency of high quality content;the second is to apply the new media law of content presentation;the third is to pay attention to multi-channel content distribution and all-round interaction,enhance the effect of communication;fourth,taking diversified ways of content change to solve business problems.
