Research Of HLA-Based Distributed Simulation System Of Supply Chain In Grid Environment

The high level architecture meets the needs of supply chain simulation in essence, makes up for deficiencies of reusability and interoperability that traditional method of distributed simulation show in the supply chain the simulation, but it only concern the interaction between members in the layer of simulation application, not involve the management of simulation resources layer, while the grid integrates all the resources on the network to solve the dynamic multi-institutional virtual organizations in resource sharing and synergy, which makes up for the deficiencies of HLA in these areas, make the simulation system allocate resources dynamically, and greatly improve the system run more efficiently.This paper looks at supply chain system as research object, firstly designs the architecture of distributed supply chain simulation system based on HLA in the grid, and conducts research on the distributed simulation process based on this architecture; then, the paper focuses on studying the application layer of this structure, makes deep research on the management of supply chan federation based on HLA, building of object modeling and designing and standardization of federates; fanally, the paper studies the integration of simulation supporting sorfware pRTI and language development environment Java, and verifies the feasiblity of architecture of distributed supply chian simulation system.Firstly, the paper analysizes deficiencies of HLA in dynamic allocation of resources and reusability, then proposes and designes the system architecture of distributed supply chain simulation based on HLA in the grid environment. Based on the OGSA's idea that "service" is looked as center i, this system architecture extractes the simulation resources from the original simulation applications and packages into a standard grid services, which promotes the capabilities of the dynamic allocation and reuse of simulation resources. Secondly, the paper outlines the design idea, analsizes and studies the architecture of supply chain simulated federation based on HLA; following that, the paper conducts a specific research on managerment of supply chain federation, the establishment of the supply chain's federation object model, the pulishing and subscrbing of object class and intecraction, designing and sandardization of federates, and the final brief introduction of simulation process of supply chain simulation based on HLA.Finally, the paper selectes pRTILE 1.3 as supporting sorftware needed by HLA-based distributed simulation system of supply chain, studies the installation and configuration process of pRTILE 1.3, and then verifies the feasibilty of this architecture..
