With the scientific technology and economy developing, cloud computing and cloud manufacturing emerged at the right moment. The automobile manufacturing supply chain under cloud manufacturing environment has become a new mode of supply chain management in manufacturing industry under cloud computing environment. In order to explore the operation law of supply chain management under cloud environment, the method of simulation has been used to verify the theoretical method in the laboratory environment. Therefore, this thesis carried out research on how to develop a distributed multi-agent simulation system of auto manufacturing supply chain under cloud environment.Based on the project named "Automobile manufacturing supply chain service discovery and collaborative mechanism simulation platform in cloud environment" as the background, this thesis took auto manufacturing supply chain under cloud environment as the research object, and analyzed the business process of automobile manufacturing supply chain in different environments. According to the features of cloud environment and cloud manufacturing platform, analyzed the auto manufacturing supply chain detailed process under the environment of cloud manufacturing. And analyzed the distributed multi-agent cloud service simulation system in detail, considering the requirements of the project. Then this thesis proposed the function structure model of the distributed multi-agent simulation system.According to the analysis of the distributed multi-agent system, we designed the multi- Agent simulation system of automobile on JADE platform, and created agent models for the various types of enterprises in automotive supply chain system, including vehicle manufacturers, distributors and supplier enterprises. At the same time created an agent model for cloud manufacturing platform. In order to implement the simulation of automobile manufacturing supply chain in cloud environment, in this thesis we used the cloud agent to simulate some features of cloud manufactouring platform in the laboratory environment. The interaction between each agent was designed according to the FIP A standard. Besides based on the SpringMVC framework, a front desk interaction module was designed to manage the data of the simulation system.Through the in-depth study and use of the JADE platform and SpringMVC framework technology, the author carried out a series of development experments about the fusion of the two technologies, and finally implemented the automotive supply chain distributed multi-agent cloud simulation system. The implementation on the one hand cloud verified theoretical study of simulation platform project, on the other hand verified the advantages of JADE in distributed multi-agent simulation as well as the scalability and platform crossing of Java.This study has a certain guiding significance to help enterprises understand the characteristics of supply chain collaborative behavior in cloud manufacturing environment, and has broad application prospects.
