Modeling And Architecture Of Agent Based Simulation System Of Supply Chain

As the development of SCM, the choosing and optimizing of supply chain has become a hot study area, and simulation, as an important tool, has been paid more attention than before. In recent years, Agent has been a big break of deistributed AI. Since the running of Agent and running of the supply chain members, even their department, has a better comparibility, the combination of Agent and simulation can give an exacter description of the performance of supply chain. Therefore, the thesis studies the modeling and implement of Agent based simulation of supply chain.The main research subjects are as follow:On basis of the analysis and overview of the supply chain research and the study of modeling and simulation of supply chain, the objective of the thesis is pointed out. And the structure of this article is eatablished based on research referenced above.After giving a brief explanation of agent and MAS, the thesis gives architecture of agent based simulation system and a framework of agent based simulation of supply chain is put forward as well as the process of the simulation.The thesis gives a brief overview of modeling method of MAS, and explains the seven steps of the modeling method of MAS used in simulation system: division and definition of agent, attribute setting, behavior setting, message setting, the setting of knowledge base and rule base, scenarios setting, distribution setting, and gives a detailed description of every step's mission and target.The thesis explains the key technique used in agent based simulation system from five parts when it is developed using JADE: agent classes, behavior classes, message classes, knowledge base and rule base, distribution of agents.The thesis used a real case to demonstrate the simulation method based on agent, and gives some comments on the performance of the method.To sum up, the thesis did a deep research on agent based simulation of supply chain from three facets: theory framework, technical implement and demonstration research, and got some achievements.
