Innovation Research Of Public Libraries On Reader Service Of Vulnerable Groups

The social functions of public libraries and public character determines its responsibilities and obligations in the service for readers of vulnerable groups,and the public library has the abundant resources and services with vulnerable groups of readers,which makes public library services for vulnerable groups is the reader service work is an extremely important part of good service to vulnerable groups of readers service of public library,to enhance the ideological and cultural level of vulnerable groups of readers,readers of the vulnerable groups rich cultural life and spiritual world,to promote the development of socialist harmonious society,the full realization of the difference service has important practical significance,at the same time,make the reader service work and vulnerable groups.Conducive to the protection of cultural rights of vulnerable groups,advocating universal reading.However,in vulnerable groups of public library service for readers in the actual process,with the rapid development of modern society,there are still many problems,especially the service mode service is obsolete,lack of innovation,service can not keep up the pace of the times,has been unable to meet the readers of vulnerable groups growing reading and cultural needs,which greatly affected the readers of vulnerable groups on service satisfaction,reduce the quality of service for readers of the effect of vulnerable groups.Therefore,it is imperative for the public library to innovate the service to the vulnerable groups.Therefore,in this paper,the three northeastern provinces of the provincial library as an example,based on the investigation of three provincial public library staff to understand the service status of vulnerable groups,combined with the investigation of the present situation of vulnerable groups of readers,the paper analyzed the existing in the service for readers of Library vulnerable groups three major problems,the paper puts forward the innovation of the weak community public library reader service strategy.Through this research,more people can pay more attention to the particularity of the readers of vulnerable groups,and provide some suggestions for public libraries to better serve the readers of vulnerable groups,so as to contribute to the development of a harmonious socialist society.
