A Comparative Study On The Reader Service Of Special Groups In Chinese And Korean Public Libraries

Because of the physiological,psychological,economic,ethnic,environmental,social and other reasons,the special group of readers can not obtain and use the information as ordinary readers.With the progress of the times and the change of the society,the number and type of the special groups are increasing,and the demand of information has become more and more complicated.Public library is an important part of public cultural service system,undertake to narrow the information gap and guarantee information fairness and the maintenance of social responsibility of intellectual freedom,how to better for the special group of reader service is an important task of Public Libraries in china.From the four aspects of legal policy,library collection construction,service personnel and service object and content of special groups such as the public library service for readers of China and South Korea are analyzed and compared,and get some enlightenment from the South Korean special group of reader service is relatively successful and excellent experience,put forward some suggestions for China's special reader service group.
