The Study On Earnings Quality Evaluation Of China's Software And Information Technology Industry

The information industry is the leading and strategic industry in the international competitive position.It is the pillar industries of the national economy.The software and information technology service industry is the core of the information industry and the key area for the country to improve its independent innovation capability.However,in recent years,the financial fraud in the software and information technology service industry has been serious,such as the financial fraud of Jinya technology`s,the false statement of Huiqiu technology software,and the financial fraud of Anshuo.Therefore,it is meaningful to assess the quality of profit in software and information technology.This study includes five parts.Part I: introduction.This including research background,research significance,innovation,research content and thesis framework,research ideas and research methods.The second part: literature review and theoretical basis.The literature part is the research of the research on the concept of income quality,the research on the method of income quality evaluation,and the research summary.Relevant theories include information asymmetry theory and corporate governance structure theory.The third part: the construction of the income quality evaluation system.It includes the development characteristics of China's software and information technology industry,the evaluation principle of income quality and the selection of income quality evaluation index.The fourth part: the application of the income quality evaluation system.This including factor analysis model construction,sample selection and data treatment,income quality evaluation,and income quality evaluation result analysis.The fifth part: the research conclusion and the countermeasure suggestion.This including research conclusion,countermeasure and suggestion,research deficiencies and prospect.This study selects the listed companies of China's software and information technology services as research objects from 2014 to 2016,and evaluates the quality of their earnings.First of all,this study on the basis of relevant research results at domestic and abroad for reference,according the study to the characters of earnings quality and the combination of software and information technology industry to select the 12 indicators,construction of earnings quality evaluation system;Second,in 2014-2016 China's software and information technology industry listed companies as research samples,concluding the earnings quality evaluation value through the principal component analysis,on the basis of company's overall earnings quality evaluation sample overall situation and the analysis of various aspects ability.The following are the main conclusions of this study:(1)It is found that the overall revenue quality of the software and information technology industry is low,but it shows upward trend,through the analysis of the income quality of 2014 – 2016;(2)It is found that the quality of earnings for software and information technology industry shows the polarization phenomenon;(3)In 2016,the income quality score of China's software and information technology industry is greater than the quality of 1,the earnings quality of business performance gains outstanding safety;(4)In 2016,the income quality score of China's software and information technology industry is less than the quality of-1,whose income growth and income continuity are very poor,indicating that its income continuity and growth are the important reasons for the poor quality of income;(5)China's software and information technology enterprises the ability of unbalanced development.Therefore,when improving the quality of earnings,enterprises should take measures according to the actual situation of their own businesses;(6)The overall quality of earnings lower and higher earnings contrast phenomenon of software and information technology industry in China's capital market,the capital market shows that there may be excessive speculation and irrational behavior;Finally,according to the research conclusion,from the macroscopic and microcosmic angles to improve the software and information technology industry in our country listed company earnings quality suggestion and advice to investors.
