Archival websites, as an important part of Archival Information, is an open window for Archives to advertise its work, present local image and conduct archival information service. At the same time, archival websites advance the construction process of Archival Information. In recent years, with the wide application of New Media and rapid development of Archive, a wider public concern and application has occurred on Digital Archive Resources Service offered by archival websites. Compared with traditional service model of archival resources, archive websites rely on network platform-social media take initiatives to offer users digital archival resources and services, rather than traditional model which is passive service completely depending on agency. Archival websites expand service channels and modes, which breaks the constraints of time as more users can be provided with quality and convenient file services. Thus it can be seen that the core function of archive websites is to offer digital archival service. At present, strengthening the construction of digital archival resources and enhancing the level of digital archival resources service are not only the subjects of the construction of archival sites on each level, but also the key index to measure the level of archival websites.At present stage, there are a plenty of problem related to the digital archival resources service offered by domestic archival websites, so does construction level. Therefore, how to assess and determine the quality of archival sites and digital archival resources service is the key issue to be addressed first. This paper aims to do inquiry on how to evaluate the quality of service of digital archive resources. Besides, it strives to assess the construction of national archive sites and resources in particular quantitative analysis and on a more comprehensive, objective basis in order to understand the operation and usage of archive website. From the public users’ perspective, this paper aims to play a constructive role in the process of construction of digital archive resources by giving feedbacks to websites construction."Promoting construction with assessment, enhancing reform with evaluation, and combining construction and assessment", this ambition is conducted to realize a transform from extensive archive websites to an intensive development model.
