Research On Quality Management Evaluation Index System Of A Software Development Project

With the increasing performance of computer hardware and the increasing popularity of the Internet,people are increasingly using software.Software has deeply influenced industry and daily life,and requirements and control of its quality have become more and more important.The software development industry is gradually moving from the "individualism" era to the large-scale team collaboration development era,and software project management has gradually evolved from "home workshop" management to "software factory mode" management.With this transform,lightweight methodological agility has also emerged.The company's project development modelis gradually changing from the original waterfall to the agile.But in the agile mode,due to the iterative agile development method,requirement analyzation,programming and testing may all be carried out at the same time.Testing drivesprogramming,programming depends on the confirmation of requirement analyst,and there is no obvious stage in software development,so the quality of software is more worthy of attention.Because it is difficult to formulate a unified standard to measure software quality,this paper attempts to establish a set of software quality index evaluation system applicable to the internal project of the enterprise and combines the evaluation index with the B software project instance under the agile mode to identify Problems with B software projects,and areas where quality is improved.The research results of this paper are combined with the actual project development situation of the enterprise to establish a set of quality index evaluation system suitable for the internal projects of the A company,which provides guidance and practical index system for the company's quality evaluation of the project,and evaluates the quality index of the software.
