With the improvement of Platform Inertial Navigation System(PINS)test technology,PINS's test environment has higher and higher requirements on the real-time and reliability of the data acquisition,processing,and storage of the monitoring system.Based on the research background of real-time monitoring system for PINS,this paper studies and designs the real-time monitoring system of inertial platform based on VxWorks operating system.Based on the design and configuration of VxWorks bottom environment,this paper studies and implements the functional modules of inertial platform real-time monitoring system,including hardware layer,management layer,application layer and interface layer.At the end of this paper,the experiment on the system of inertial platform real-time monitoring system is carried out to verify that the real-time monitoring system can meet the precision requirements and high real-time requirements of the inertial platform test technology.In addition,in order to improve the effectiveness of the testing of the real-time monitoring system of the inertial platform,on the basis of the real-time monitoring system,this paper studies and designs an inertial platform monitoring evaluation model based on AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Through the improvement of the traditional weight seeking method of the evaluation model,this paper designs a multi operator based on evaluation result synthesis operator,which is used to solve and improve the problem that the overall evaluation result is not rigorous.It is proved by the example that the monitoring evaluation model can provide effective data analysis and debugging recommendations for inertial platform testing.
