In recent years,the upgrading of programming techniques and the rapid development of e-government in our country have brought technical revolution to the management of cities in our country.At the same time,they also put forward greater requirements and challenges to them.The city management information exchange platform based on WebService is based on urban management data as the basic information in urban management,facing the upper and lower level platforms,and connecting the data in two levels of platforms to achieve the effect of city management joint office.The core function of the establishment of the platform is to let the information flow through the information exchange platform in two ways so that the process of business processing can not be separated by the platform and can be smoothly handled at different levels of the platform.Eventually to avoid confusion in the process of urban management,to achieve a better office efficiency.Based on the Java language and using technologies such as Spring,Hibernate and CXF,this thesis designs and implements a platform that enables different levels of urban management departments to work together through WebService technology based on Oracle database.This thesis first gives an overview of the background and significance of the information exchange platform,and introduces the current status of collaborative office management of urban management information at home and abroad.Subsequently,a brief introduction of the technology used by the platform.The requirements of the city management information exchange platform are analyzed,and the functional requirements are divided into the urban management data service processing functions and the visual data flow functions.Based on the requirements analysis,the external interface and overall architecture of the information exchange platform are designed.The platform is divided into four layers: persistence layer,business logic layer,service interaction layer and presentation layer.Then,in the following chapters,the concrete realization and code implementation of each module are given,and the final running result is demonstrated through the information exchange platform of Dongcheng District in Beijing.Finally,summarize and summarize the achievements in the platform design and implementation,and put forward further prospects.The dissertation finally designs and realizes the urban management information exchange platform and successfully goes online and runs normally in the urban management system of Dongcheng District,Beijing,completing the exchange of information between Beijing's municipal-level platform and Dongcheng's district-level platform.And in the follow-up version of the update,to further complete the Dongcheng district level platform and the street urban management system of information exchange.The successful launch of the information exchange platform has enabled the urban management to cross the "digital divide" and achieve the function of "cooperative office".
