Study On The Standardized Information Management Platform For The Urban Rail Transit

As a comprehensive system,urban rail transit industry has significant characteristics like,huge investment scale,long construction period,multi-side participation and complex technologies.And the project information relates to multidisciplinary,multi-link,multi-specialty,and multi-channel,with immense quantity and extensive source;therefore,studying on the standardized information management platform for the urban rail transit has great significance for project implementation.Based on the phenomenon that the existing information management platforms are independent and the information is distributed and heterogeneous,which is harm for the centralization management and resource sharing,the thesis proposed to build a standardized information management platform by analyzing the theory,construction and implementation aspects.(1)The thesis analyzes the theories from the following parts including urban rail transit projects,informatization,standardization and the problems and reason analysis of the existing information management platform.(2)According to the construction goals,requirements,and impact of the standardized information management platform,the thesis proposed a four-dimension structure:subject dimension,specialty dimension,factor dimension and time dimension.Also,a main structure of the standardized platform is proposed,which consisted of overall level and executive level.(3)Using the power supply system as an example,the thesis research on the WBS and coding system of the standardized information management platform,as well as the main functions like schedule controlling,quality controlling,and risk controlling.Meanwhile,this thesis performed the implementation of the standardized platform in 3 phases:preparing,process and evaluation.This thesis emphasis on studying the information management platforms in order to reach the goal of "information sharing and comprehensive utilization",which is beneficial to the scientific management of the construction industry,communication and cooperation of each participant and exchanging information between different regions.It is of great significance to further improve the scientific management and overall development of urban rail transit construction...
