Based on the notion of large customer management,the information network platform is used to build the customer management system of the insurance industry,which can facilitate the management and staff of each layer of the company important customer information management.It can provide the support for the further analysis and decision making,and is an important means for promoting the insurance company customer management to improve the work of VIP.According to the characteristics of insurance companies and combination with the research of CRM theory and related technologies,a VIP customer management system which is suitable for insurance companies was developed in this thesis.The VIP customer management level of enterprises can be improved by using the system and it has a certain practical value.This thesis follows the software engineering design process.Firstly,the basic functional requirements of the actual business management of insurance companies and non-functional requirements is given a clear explanation.Browser/Server three tier architecture mode,J2 EE infrastructure and Microsoft SQL Server 2008 relational database is used for the design and implementation of the VIP client management information system of an insurance company.There are main business functions,i.e.customer information management,order management,customer communication management,complaint management,basic configuration management and other functions.The system test scheme is given.The function and performance of the system are tested respectively.The problems are modified and adjusted in the test.The test results show that the system runs well,meets the user requirements,and the user interface is reasonable and interactive,which achieves the design goal.Finally,the implementation of the system is described and explained.Meanwhile,aiming at the characteristics of customers' purchase behavior,this thesis studies a customer type classification method based on K-means clustering algorithm,and analyzes and explains the algorithm process and results.The system can meet the business needs of the VIP customer management of the insurance company,and can reduce the workload of VIP customer management and improve the quality and efficiency of the work.
