Design And Implementation For Customer Management System Of Tianan Insurance Company

Due to the uniqueness of China’s economic and the regional development, many insurance companies face the different actual situation in different region, and its unit interior unified information platform can’t completely adapt to the needs of the development of the region, being lack of certain innovative and forward-looking understanding degree in technique and market aspects. Therefore, in order to the above problems, in this thesis, use Java technology to design and implement a customer management system based on Web mode, according to the customer relationship management of Tianan insurance company in Shenyang area. The system design is to solve relevant problems of the management process and to improve customer service level and service quality.In this thesis, design and implement a Tianan insurance company customer management system based on MVC three layer architecture and the Oracle database. Include the customer information management, customer management, customer order management subsystem and so on, covering the key information of the insurance industry customer management and core functions. System is in order to solve the problem of not comprehensive of current insurance coverage, data entry and inconvenience of maintenance. Takes the user needs as the target and design the scheme according to the insurance business process.The overall system design is based on the theory of layered software. The design of the system adopted the method of web application development, using Java EE development technology, mainly including the JSP, Servlet, Java Bean and relevant technologies, and adopted the Web client technology such as Ajax, DOM to complete the realization of the function of the system.In this thesis, the design of the system is used the standard process of software development, including requirements analysis, overall design, system implementation and system testing process. In system development process, design and implement in strict accordance with the relevant theory of software engineering, based on MVC architecture design, and finally has carried on the system test, the test results accord with the user’s system, and the system can be put into use.
