Customer resource is of great significance for enterprises, especially for insurance companies. The possession of customers to some extent indicates the ownership the market. At present, along with the expansion in scale of some insurance companies, there have emerged lots of subsidiaries or branches in different areas. Then due to the unsound management mode and operation mode, the lack of unified control standard, various problems may appear including the unsatisfactory use effect of the customer resource, the inconsistent business process of the branch es in different areas and even the incomplete implement of online system operation of customer resources. All of these issues will fail to enable the headquarters to manage the customer resources in a unified and reasonable way, therefore lead to the inefficient management and utilization of the customer resources. In order to solve those problems mentioned above, insurance companies will be required to establish a suitable set of customer resources control system.Through analyzing this theme of customer resources control, focusing on the need of insurance companies for centralized management of customer resources, combining the characteristics of business requirements of the insurance industry's customer resources, this thesis aims to conduct detailed demand analysis and to make clear the situation of customer resource management and application in each working process. Based on this, this thesis puts forward a set of system targeting at the unified management and control of the customer resources for insurance companies, which essentially solve the problem of the insurance companies about how to manage the customer resources in an efficient and reasonable way. Based on the J2 EE platform, the B/S architecture design, the Spring MVC and Hibernate development framework for development, and the JBPM workflow engine are all used to realize the visualization development of the business processes.The research mainly emphasizes on the following espects:(1) Analysis and classification of the business process of the insurance companies' customerresourcesThis thesis aims to summarize the insurance company business process related to customer resources and then to analyze the business process scenario in detail. Finally the business process will be classified according to resource requirements, using methods or some other dimensions. And on this basis, the core business process needed by the whole system will be summed up.(2) Demand analysis of the insurance companies' customer resources management andcontrol systemThe system requirement will be described by the case diagrams based on the business process and in the form of UML modeling. According to the overall system requirement and the demand of each module, the system could be divided into three modules: application information management module, approval information management module and system management module. The system's functional requirements and non-functional requirements will be analyzed.(3) Design of the insurance companies' customer resources management and control systemBased on the insurance companies' customer resource control business process modeling and system requirement analysis, the system architecture design, database design and system function module design will all be included in the system design process.(4) Implementation of the insurance companies' customer resources management and controlsystemThe B/S three-tier architecture system and the J2 EE development framework of Spring MVC and Hibernate are adopted in this system. The business process is realized by the JBPM workflow engine. The system application information management, the approval information management and the development of the system management are all accomplished and integrated into a complete system, which finally realizes the operation of the whole system.Finally, the verification of the realization of the system and the analysis of the application situation of the system demonstate that the function and performance of this system have met the average customer resouces management standard of the insurance companies, illustrate the validity and rationality of the system and at the same time provide reference for the development of the customer resource control system for the insurance companies.
