Design And Implementation Of Insurance Customer Management System Based On SSH

In today's society,with the increasing rise of insurance industry,insurance companies increasing more and more.At the same time,whether the insurance companies can retain customers for a long time has become a key point of the development for insurance companies.Customer retention and lock-in based on service quality has become the profit premise of insurance companies.The progress of science and technology has brought about the rapid development of the information age.At the same time,it makes easier of the data processing.Customers can purchase insurance products at home,it also can provide electronic insurance policy,online payment,online claim settlement and other services,and using the statistical analysis to study customer information,so as to discover the preferences of customer,and recommend insurance products according to their own conditions to customers and so on,which not only facilitates the customers themselves,but also creates benefits for the insurance industry.This thesis is based on SSH structure design and achieved insurance customer management system,using MySQL database and Java language.First of all,it makes a comprehensive analysis of the actual needs of insurance customers,and make sure of the five functional requirements of customer management system:system management,data management,contract management,marketing management and account management;then completed the design of system database,functional structure and overall structure;finally,Finally,the insurance customer management system is implemented by using Java language,and described in detail of the five functional modules,and completed the system testing.The test results show that the system meets the requirements of insurance customers.Online business processingnot only reduces the cost expense,but also makes the completion of business more efficient;The data dynamic management achieved by network technology has successfully solved the problem of information island and improved the security of the system.
