With the development of science and technology and the improvement of people's living standard, the insurance investment has become an important part of people's life, which provides the most powerful security for people's daily life. Insurance company attaches great importance to the accumulation of customer resources and management, to expand their business. For insurance companies, whether it can provide users with personalized service,directly related to the company's overall competitiveness and operational efficiency.Insurance companies hope to use effective management tools to analyze the possibility of potential customers demand and purchasing power, that it provides personalized service.Therefore, the customer resource management system also came into being.Xinjiang insurance company customer resource management system designed in this paper is on the Xinjiang insurance company needs analysis, and based on the customer resource management of domestic and foreign insurance companies to conduct research and Analysis on the specific Xinjiang insurance company daily management process design information system, which includes the customer resource management of Xinjiang insurance company abandon, hand management, improve the efficiency of the company, to provide a scientific basis for decision-making units, the potential demand can help the company to tap the potential customers and clients. To collect customer information in the system and the integration of historical business data, digging deeper customer demand for insurance, the insurance company to improve the overall efficiency and management level, realize the healthy development of the company.The technology adopted by the customer resource management system designed in this paper is based on the framework of B/S model. Through the Java language and SQL Server2008 implementation of the system, the system will be the main content of the work of customer resource management as follows: customer information management, sales information management, insurance management, payment management, filing claims,information statistics and analysis, system maintenance and other functions, and the realization of the system. At last, it is necessary to function test and performance test for the core business process of the system.
