Study On The Establishment And Management Of Health Records Of Tangshan Residents

As an important information resource to record the health condition of residents,health records of residents are important reference for community health service centers to provide health services for residents.In China,the staff of community health service center are the main files,users and managers of residents' health records.Therefore,it is necessary to investigate the current situation of the residents' health records in the community health service center in China.The purpose of this paper is to understand the cognition of residents' health records by the staff of Tangshan community health service center through the methods of interview and questionnaire survey.Through the investigation and analysis of the data of residents' health records in personnel awareness,system,facilities construction and other aspects of the problem,and then put forward Suggestions for the problem,in order to improve the management and use of residents' health records,so that residents' health records play a better role.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which explains the background and significance of the research based on the research status at home and abroad,summarizes the development process of residents' health records,and clarifies the research object and content of this paper.The second part explains the related concepts of residents' health records and clarifies the significance of the research.The third part adopts the research method to study this topic,and summarizes and analyzes the research results,including the research objects and their basic conditions,filing and management.The fourth part summarizes the problems existing in the current application of health records of residents,such as lack of awareness,lack of management system,incomplete construction of facilities,and low utilization rate of health records.The fifth part puts forward the corresponding solutions such as strengthening the construction of talent team,perfecting the management system and laws and regulations,ensuring financial support and strengthening the development and utilization of residents' health records.
