As the management of power supply enterprise is detailed.The customer file module in the marketing system of power supply company cannot meet the smooth management of its customers,especially the management of customers' payment of electric power information.Staff query customer file when unable to query the electricity information at the same time.This leads to the front to rush fee collectors of work requires a lot of artificial statistics,to judge their jurisdiction customer bills to pay.Cumbersome not intelligent data query reduce work efficiency,work enthusiasm,because of the gap of the customer information management,cause the electricity recovery is slow,bring economic risks.This paper analyzes the power supply company customer management involved in kinds of business,selecting appropriate application program based on the Characteristics of the business,systems and clear customer information module,roles,information module,pay cost information module,personnel information module,report query statistics module 5 modules,and the originality of the credibility as a power customer classification management method.The system has accomplished a number of functions: to realize the correlation between customers and electricity bills by importing a single batch of electricity Charge data;By calculating the credibility of customers,the customer is managed in a hierarchical manner.Calculate the performance indicators of related staff and departments according to customer's credit rating;Various reports can be exported.In order to realize the system,based on the information of customer files and electric power of the marketing system,through the J2 EE technology,B/S three-layer structure technology,with the help of the SSH framework,the programming is realized.In order to clear the function of customer information management and build process,the process of customer management process analysis and case analysis,has been clear about the function of realization of each module and the specific operation.Finally,the functions and security of the system are tested and realized.Through the actual operation of the customer management system of yingkou power supply company,the customer management system designed in this paper has realized the expected effect and has certain promotion significance.
