At present,the water shortage in our country is extremely serious and has gradually become the key factor restricting the development of the national economy and society.How to effectively protect water resources is related to the development of national economy.However,in daily life,it is not uncommon for water resources to be wasted in time due to leaks in water supply pipelines.If we can discover the leakage in time and take corresponding measures,we can reduce the waste of water resources and reduce the losses.Therefore,it is of great value to set up a wireless sensor network and monitor the status of pipeline in real time by utilizing the characteristics of wireless sensor network such as self-organization,network nodes,multi-hop and high reliability.A leak at a point in the water supply network is a small probability random event.Each wireless sensor node is laid out in an underground environment with no battery charge.If all are continuously monitored,the node will expire within 3 months to 6 months due to exhaustion.How to effectively reduce energy consumption,improve network life is one of the focuses of this article.Due to the wide coverage of urban water supply network,influenced by the communication distance,working mode and leakage signal characteristics of wireless sensor networks,how to lay out nodes reasonably and complete network construction are also the key contents of this paper.In this paper,based on the above two issues in-depth study,proposed for the water supply network leakage triggered network design,and through the OPNET simulation platform to build the network to complete the overall network design.The thesis' s contents include:(1)Introducing the development and application of wireless sensor networks,analyzes the ZigBee technical standards,and introduces the ZigBee networking process.(2)According to the actual demand of water supply network monitoring,the design of water leakage triggering network based on ZigBee is designed.Through node deployment,topology selection,node access,working mode,trigger networking and routing protocol selection,complete networking design.(3)Using the OPNET platform to complete the simulation.According to leakage trigger networking research,simulation from the network layer to the node layer,then to the process layer in turn designed and simulated.
