The arrival of Industry 4.0 provides the opportunity for development and transformation of each country.Intelligent manufacturing has become a new battlefield for all countries to compete.In order to meet new challenge,China has put forward the strategy which is“China Manufacturing 2025”related to manufacturing.With the popularization of intelligent manufacturing and the global consumer-oriented economic model,the customized production model is getting more and more popular and manufacturing companies starting to realize the importance of information-based construction.As a basic managing and controlling platform for the production process,the manufacturing execution system plays an important role in industrial transformation and upgrading.However,in the face of small batch,multi-style,multi-standard and multi-species customized production,the goal of large-scale,flexible customization,high quality and on-time delivery is pursued.The problem of manufacturing execution systems in production and operation management is particularly serious.On the one hand,for the production scheduling function,the traditional static scheduling solutions have been unable to adapt to the order-based manufacturing enterprises to receive more and more rush orders to bring on-time delivery;on the other hand,for production control functions,the control logic of the traditional production control system is generally developed for the production process of a specific product,whose flexibility is poor,and cannot satisfy the demand of flexibility of orders,materials,and processes under a customized production mode.In order to solve the above-mentioned problems faced by production scheduling functions,the grey correlation analysis method was used to prioritize the work orders or customer orders,and a dynamic maintenance strategy that combines the work order exited and postponed based on work order priorities was proposed,as well as the optimization objective function,which is the dynamic maintenance mathematical model for the scheduling of work orders with the minimum number of work orders postponed.Aiming at the problems of the above production control functions,a system structure design of the online production scheduling module is proposed to realize the information exchange between the production order database,product database and production control system,RFID and other equipment,and is performed by the online production scheduling module.The production control system is only responsible for the execution of each process.The logic judgment and process execution commands are executed by the online production scheduling module,which ensures the flexibility of production control and meets the requirements of flexible and customized production.Finally,taking a customized stamp production intelligent manufacturing production system as an example,the priority of work orders is analyzed by using grey correlation analysis method,and the dynamic maintenance model of the production scheduling work orders is analyzed and studied.At the same time,software of the online production scheduling module and PLC program of the production control system are developed,furthermore,the effectiveness of the online production scheduling module is verified.
