Research And Implementation Of Mixed Manufacturing Production Management System Based On ERP And MES

Mixed Production is the general mode in modern production, because it has the characteristics of continuous production and discrete production, and the demand for rapid and harmonious production rhythm, the demand for tightness link the continuous procedure to the discrete procedure, the mixed manufacturing production management is comparatively harder than others. At present the research on production management system is mainly focused on continuous production and discrete production. It is essential for us to construct management system suitable for mixed production in order to improve mixed manufacturing production management and meet the demand for planning and scheduling as well.The paper does some research for the described problem.In chapter one, the manufacturing production types are analyzed and the each keystones in constructing manufacturing production management system are pointed out. In addition the production management modes are introduced. At last, based on analyzing the demand of mixed production, the purpose, significance and contents are presented.A mixed production management mode is proposed in chapter two. The characteristics of mixed production are analyzed. Based on thoroughly analyzing advanced production management modes such as MRP and OPT, a production management mode suitable for mixed production is proposed and its feasibility and methods in applying in iron and steel enterprise are discussed in detail.Chapter three is focused on mixed manufacturing production management system structures. Start with analyzing the theories about ERP and MES combined with the characteristics of mixed production, a mixed manufacturing production management system structures based on the connection of ERP and MES is presented. Furthermore, the implementation of the structures in iron and steel enterprise is presented in detail.In chapter four,the paper aimed at the actuality of Chongqing Iron & Steel Company production management, the research and design of Chongqing Iron & Steel Company production management system structures and functions are described.Chongqing Iron & Steel Company production management system's develop details are described from three aspects in chapter five, firstly the software system structures and development tools are selected, secondly the mixed software develop method is presented, at last the paper takes examples for contract management and production planning to describes the implementation of Chongqing Iron & Steel Company production management system.The last chapter summarizes the achievements of the paper, the future research work is also suggested.
