Manufacturing industry is the economic lifeline of the country, and the development of the manufacturing industry at the same time also reflects a country's comprehensive economic strength, so how to improve a manufacturing enterprise's level of information management and management automation has been the constant pursuit of the goal among the world's countries. The general intelligent application platform in a manufacturing enterprise's production execution and cost control is a management system which can not only design, execute and monitor various scheduling but also manufacture cost control for a manufacturing enterprise. On the one hand, the research of the application platform shows that this platform can provide common management tools for production scheduling and cost control in a manufacturing enterprise, which can define process requirement automatically according to the user's need when separated from the specific enterprise, thus applying advanced computer technology to specific production practice, enabling enterprises to achieve real benefit. On the other hand, the platform can make intelligent statistic analysis through manufacturing cost control, providing a basis for the enterprise decision-making.This paper introduces the general intelligent application platform in a manufacturing enterprise's production execution and cost control, which has such functions as requirement analysis, functional analysis, the system architecture, database design, the realization method and the technology innovation, etc. In accordance with the fact that different production technology and process can result in different production scheduling methods, the platform adopts intelligent production execution scheduling technology to reengineer production execution management process for a manufacturing enterprise, thus form the general scheduling model, develop and run the engine as well as explain execution, then it can adapt to the different change in different enterprises production management process and that in the same enterprise but in different production period execution management process, which proves that the platform is in common use. Based on cost analyzing and managing, the platform can not only provide comprehensive information for a enterprise's cost decision but also issue reasonable warning information according to the analysis result, ensuring that the cost can be minimized in the premise of ensuring product quality, reducing the consumption of energy and materials, and fulfilling a lot of intelligent analysis such as the supply production cost analysis, production receiving parts cost analysis, production exchanging cost analysis, production damaging cost analysis, and production repairing cost analysis, etc. Platform uses digital signature to encrypt registration code to prevent information leakage, and then realizes information security. It adopts the role-based access control technique, and then improves the access control security through the role authorization, user role set and other measures to avoid directly modifying authority. The platform has a reasonable structure and an advanced technology because it not only uses such software development technology as data encryption technology, human-computer interaction technology, computer network technology and large-scale database integrated application technology but also adopts B/S and C/S hybrid structure. Platform establishes the integrated model of designing, manufacturing and managing for enterprises based on discrete manufacturing enterprise's features of production execution and cost control, what's more, it solves the problem of platform adapting to discrete manufacturing enterprise production execution and cost control.Platform adopts Delphi and SQL Sever2000 as development tools design, including eight function modules such as system management, basic information, production management control, production cost control, process intelligent optimization, cost intelligent analysis, statistics report management and access control. Therefore, the system has a complete function, a simple operation and a friendly interface, and then the platform can fit the demands of manufacturing enterprise's production execution and cost control.
