Starting from the end of the 20th century, the arithmetic figure technique seeps through each aspect of our daily life. The modern high-tech means in large quantity in movie, television, network, interaction medium, producing to make person signing for view of arithmetic figure special effect and synthesize the technique, emerge a colorful and riotous arithmetic figure world. Facing this world, the Chinese animation education is however far arrear of Europe and America, Korea and Japan.This text combs the beginning from the history of the Chinese animation, the development of the combination abroad and animation education backward situation in China. China should know the importance of the Chinese 3D animation development. Solving the basic way in this present condition needs strongly the Chinese 3D animation education, but the Chinese animation education course is still placed in the stage of entry-level development, therefore , developing the animation courses that keep with Chinese state of the nation effectively is very urgent. The text regards developing the Chinese occupation technique education as the point of departure, point development 3D animation technique course, make sure the target of the curricular development: Educate the student's creative ability and the ability of the operation, educate the student' s social ability in quick orientation.
