A Study On The Influencing Factors And Mechanism Of Equalization Of Public Library Services

Public library as the basic carrier of social culture spreading and cultural services providing play a crucial role on the national economic development and improving cultural level. In this paper, the factors that affect equalization service of public library are researched. The factors mainly include four aspects, which are respectively from readers、 library、social and governmental level. Based on the theoretical analysis, the system dynamics simulations method is used describe the mechanism between factors and equalization. According to the simulation results, some feasible solutions to implement the public library equalization process would be proposed. These solutions mainly include: Expanding the social propaganda, Enhancing the ideological education on the readers, increasing the financial support, Build the sustainable development,promote cooperation between public library and establishing resource sharing. In addition, the government should pay more attention to professional personnel training,and improve the comprehensive quality of librarians.
