Study On The Construction Of Evaluation Index System Of University Library Service Ability Based On Altmetrics

University libraries have long been regarded as the important information institutions of education institutions,and they are responsible for providing important information services for universities.The level of their service capacity directly affects the teaching and research work in universities.Therefore,a reliable evaluation service system for university library service capabilities to objectively evaluate the service capabilities of university libraries and to find the service capacity of university libraries is insufficient and important.It plays a crucial role in the development and construction of university libraries.With the development of Internet technology,the era of Web 3.0 has come totally.Libraries have responded to the development of the times and used information technology to realize online service of library.This paper introduces the emerging Altmetrics theory developed in the Web 3.0 environment into the field of library evaluation,combines the original evaluation theory,adds the Altmetrics index,and builds an evaluation index system for university library service capabilities based on the Altmetrics theory.According to the evaluation system constructed,the evaluation of the service capacity of a specific university library is performed.Based on the evaluation results,the insufficiency of the university library in the service process is analyzed,and specific suggestions are proposed.This article will study from two levels of theory and practice.Through analyzing and discussing the relevant theories of university library service ability,try to construct the evaluation system of university library service ability based on Altmetrics theory,and evaluate the service capacity of the specific university library.On the basis of collecting a large number of related literature at home and abroad,I studied the evaluation system of traditional library service capabilities;at the same time,he studied the application methods and application fields of Altmetrics theory,and discussed the library evaluation theory and Altmetrics theory.This paper introduces the current methods of library evaluation and analyzes the feasibility ofusing Altmetrics indicators to evaluate library service capabilities.Then,combining traditional library evaluation indicators and Altmetrics indicators,the service environment,information quality,interactive environment,and service effectiveness are used as secondary indicators,and 14 tertiary indicators are set up to construct an evaluation index system of library service capabilities.The use of expert interviews and analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index,and a detailed analysis of the weight results.Finally,based on the evaluation system of university library service capabilities,the questionnaire survey method was used to obtain data,evaluate the service capabilities of specific university libraries,analyze the evaluation results,and put forward the insufficiency of university library services.And give corresponding suggestions.
