Research On Evaluation Of Decision-Making Consult Service Ability Of "Double-Class" University Library

With the rapid development of the Internet,the decision-making consulting services of university libraries are also constantly developing.As an information service institution of colleges and universities,the ability of library decision-making consulting services has received more and more attention from the public.However,the research on decision-making consulting services of university libraries is still in its infancy,lacking a systematic scientific evaluation system.Therefore,under the background of "double first-class" construction,this paper takes the decision-making consulting service ability of university library as the starting point,establishes a set of evaluation system to evaluate the ability of decision-making consulting service of university libraries in China,conducts empirical analysis,points out the shortcomings,and proposes the future colleges and universities.The development direction and improvement suggestions of library decision-making consulting services promote the better development of decision-making consulting services in university libraries.This paper uses AHP analytic hierarchy process to study the decision-making consulting service ability of "double-class" university libraries.The article builds the evaluation index system of decision-making service ability of "double-class"university library through literature survey method,questionnaire survey method and expert survey method,and then "three-class" of Tianjin University,Tongji University and Zhejiang University according to the evaluation index system.The case study of the decision-making consulting service of university libraries is carried out.The research finds that there are four aspects in the decision-making consulting service of university libraries:the enthusiasm of the consultants is not good,the service consciousness is poor;the library personalized service is lacking;the industrialization and The issue of incentives;information feedback issues.Finally,according to the existing problems,some suggestions for improving the ability of university libraries to improve decision-making consulting services are proposed,including cultivating service awareness and improving comprehensive quality;strengthening the service concept of "customer first";improving the professional quality of consultants;and strengthening the construction of consulting teams.Increase training;provide personalized services;establish regular evaluation and incentive mechanisms.The research content of this paper includes seven parts:The first part is the introduction.Firstly,the research background and significance of this paper are introduced.Then,the research status of decision-rmaking consulting service at home and abroad is summarized,and the research content,research methods and innovation parts of the research are introduced.The second part is the introduction of related concepts.Firstly,it introduces the "double first-class".Secondly,it introduces the concept of decision-making consultation and the concept of decision-making consulting service ability of university libraries.Finally,it analyzes the connection and difference between decision-making consulting service and traditional reference consulting service.The third part is the construction of evaluation index.Firstly,the author introduces the principle of evaluation index construction,and then summarizes the reference documents,formulates preliminary evaluation indicators,and combines the expert investigation method to finally construct the index system of"double-class" university library decision-making consulting service ability evaluation,and all indicators The item is explained;the fourth part is the weight of the evaluation indicators at all levels.Firstly,the principle of AHP is introduced.Then,the weight of each level of indicators in the evaluation index system is determined by AHP,and the consistency test is carried out to obtain the composite weight.The fifth part is the case analysis and application.Using the constructed evaluation index system,the decision-making consultation service of three "double-class" university libraries of Tianjin University,Tongji University and Zhejiang University was evaluated through questionnaires,and the evaluation results were analyzed to find out the problems;Part of it is to improve the decision-making advisory services of university libraries.In the fifth part,the paper analyzes the work of decision-making consulting services of three "double-class" university libraries,and then puts forward relevant improvement suggestions based on the index setting;the seventh part is the summary and outlook.Summarize the research results of this paper and the limitations of the research.
