As the center of literatures of University Library, College teaching and research, and the development of high-quality talent with a good promotion, it is not only one of the major public services, also was evaluating and measuring a school’s comprehensive strength important signs. As well as the type and quantity of information are more and more users and larger differences in use of information resources, traditional service mode of the library no longer meet the information needs of users. Library’s individualized service has become a hot topic of research in academia. For universities in the public management issues study, personalized services of University Library as the object of study is of great practical significance.In terms of content, the paper contains five parts. The first part describes the introduction part of this study, clarify the purpose and method of study, finally presented the research framework. Second part of the literature review, review the relevant research at home and abroad. Chapter three the individualized service of University Library evaluation system. Churchill’s proposed indicators development process is used in the literature research and expert advice on the basis of the indicators are collection and sorting. Form a contains 17 index 4 dimension of evaluation index system of University Library’s individualized service. The fourth chapter in the questionnaire on the basis of data, the analysis of Southwest Jiaotong University Library’s individualized service, from the user’s perception index and expectations index and index and relative index difference between the four parts are compared and discussed. After completion of analysis, using similar methods to the four dimensions are compared and discussed. In four dimensions, on the quality of personalized service in University order of levels from largest to smallest are: quality personalized documents> ease> interaction quality> personal borrowing. The fifth chapter is the study conclusions and recommendations, based on the results, to improve the individualized service of University Library recommendations, as well as the limitations of this study, the relevant departments for reference.
