Research On Evaluation System Of Digital Publishing Service Capability Of University Library

In recent years,university libraries have started to participate in digital publishing,developing digital publishing services,and continuously expanding the scope of services and improving the level of services.How the university library develops the digital publishing service mainly depends on its own digital publishing service ability.The ability of digital publishing service is an important factor that restricts the level of digital publishing service and affects the satisfaction of users.This paper studies the evaluation of university library's digital publishing service capability,and puts forward the evaluation system of university library's digital publishing service capability.This paper is mainly composed of the following parts:Part1:In a lot of reading at home and abroad library digital publishing service,on the basis of related literature,the present situation of digital publishing service in university library at home and abroad,found in the university library digital publishing service ability research,in the early stage of development,there are many worthy of further study of the content,such as the content of the university library digital publishing service ability,the main factors affecting the university library digital publishing service ability,how to evaluate the university library digital publishing service ability and so on.As a result,the author has been clear about the research scope and research emphasis of this article,by combing and analysis of the university library digital publishing service ability of related concepts,main contents and influence factors,to establish the university library digital publishing service capability evaluation system,in order to enrich the university library digital publishing service ability related research content.Part2:This paper expounds and defines the connotation of the concepts of digital publishing,university library digital publishing service and university library digital publishing service capability,discusses the content and process of university library digital publishing service,and finally puts forward the content of university library digital publishing service capability.Part3:Based on the above analysis of the structure of university library's digital publishing service capability,the extension and connotation of university library's digital publishing service capability are defined in detail,and the influencing factors are analyzed in detail.Part4:The analytic hierarchy process(ahp)is used to determine the evaluation system,and the weight of the evaluation index is quantitatively analyzed.Part5:The usability of the evaluation index system is verified by an application example.Based on the evaluation results,this paper analyzes the main problems faced by the library in improving the capability of digital publishing services and puts forward some Suggestions.This article through to our country university library digital publishing service process of research and analysis,proposed the university library to carry out the digital publishing service should have ability of publishing support,content distribution,transmission capacity and content preservation ability,on this basis,through a series of qualitative and quantitative method to establish a set of more practical and reasonable digital publishing service ability evaluation system,and through the application examples of evaluation system for the testing and inspection.It is hoped that the evaluation system of digital publishing service capacity of university libraries established in this paper can make the digital publishing service work of university libraries more standardized and target more clearly,so as to promote the development of digital publishing service of university libraries.
