Emergency information covers a wide range of relevant information on various departments in disaster emergencies, emergency information provides users with early warning information before the occurrence of disaster, and provides users with quick self-help and rescue information,as well as the necessary treatment measures after the disaster and the strengthening of disaster prevention, which is the core content of disaster emergency field. From the point of view of emergency information release, with the rapid development and popularization of Internet, more and more information sources become confused and even suspicious, and the traditional supervision and gatekeeper mechanism is gradually replaced by users ' comments. In the eyes of the general users, the quality of emergency information and the credibility of the source is too low, users will query the value of emergency information, thus affecting the full play of the value of emergency information. This research takes the dual path model(Dual-route models)as the theory background, based on the existing literature, explores the variable index which affects the users ' emergency information quality and the credibility of the source under the emergency information searching environment, and divides the user's attitude into two aspects, such as cognitive needs and affective intervention,This paper constructs a two-path model of emergency information quality and source credibility, and then uses questionnaires to reclaim 287 valid data samples. On this basis, the partial least squares structural equation modeling method is used to analyze and process the samples, and it is found that both the quality of emergency information and the credibility of the source have significant positive impact on the user's cognitive needs and emotional perception, and the influence of information quality is greater than the credibility of the source.Cognitive needs and affective intervention further significantly positively affect user emergency information search behavior.Considering the present situation of domestic and international research,it is very rare to study the quality of emergency information and the credibility of the source with the dual-path perspective, this research provides new ideas and explanations for the current research of emergency field, and hopes to provide new ideas for the research of information quality and credibility in disaster emergency field.
