Research On The Elaboration Likelihood Model Of Emergency Information Quality And Source Credibility Based On Social Media

With the progress and development of Internet technology,social media has become a vital source of emergency information.The quality of emergency information is uneven,and the sources of emergency information are confused,which is likely to aggravate serious losses caused by the event and bring adverse effects to daily life.Therefore,it is necessary to systematically study the quality of emergency information and source credibility in social media.This paper mainly does the following work:(1)The quality of the construction of emergency information second order model and emergency source credibility second order model,using the emergency information quality as the center route,emergency source credibility as the peripheral route,the cognitive assessment and emotional experience as the intermediary variables to construct the elaboration likelihood model.To explore the relationship between emergency information quality,source credibility and emergency information dissemination behavior of users.(2)Obtain questionnaire data and analysis based on model,this paper proves that the emergency information quality and information source credibility were significantly positive influence on social media users cognitive evaluation of emergency information and emotional experience,social media users cognitive assessment and emotional experience of emergency information were significantly positive influence on the emergency information dissemination behavior of users,and emergency information quality's second-order model and emergency information source credibility's second-order model are both reasonable.(3)Combining the results of social media environment and theoretical model,selecting source and users as agents to carry out simulation research on social media-based emergency information quality and source credibility dual path information dissemination,based on verifying the validity of simulation model adjust the parameters of each parameter to carry out simulation experiments,observe the changes of the simulation model operation results,and find out the emergencyinformation quality,the emergency source trustworthiness,the user's informed willingness,the number of source connected users and the timeliness of emergency information.There are different degrees of positive impact,and the impact of emergency source credibility on emergency transmission is slightly greater than the impact of emergency information quality on emergency information dissemination.(4)Based on the research conclusions,it proposes to establish a multi-integrated emergency information release channel,provide personalized emergency information services,build a scientific and efficient emergency information release system,release emergency information based on user comprehensibility,and build and improve Suggestions for the emergency information dissemination strategy of the user's informed will.
