As our country is promoting the development of green building materials,how to achieve a better cooperation of production,storage and sale has become the focus of enterprises.Under the condition of multi-party joint research on production technology,manufacturing enterprises pay much attention on the link between production and storage to reduce costs.For manufacturing enterprises,the layout of the warehouse facilities directly affects the work efficiency,and the link between storage and operation influences the production efficiency.Therefore,it has practical significance to study the warehousing area of wood products manufacturing and processing system.As a breakthrough point,this dissertation studies the layout planning of J Company's woodwork products warehousing area.This dissertation takes J Company's woodwork product warehousing area as the research object.Based on the logistics quantity of the company,the woodwork products production and processing process and so on,it uses F-D diagram to analyze the logistics situation of the company.The location of the new warehousing area is determined according to production needs,the distribution of the workshop and other factors.For woodwork product warehousing area facility layout problem,this dissertation uses the traditional system layout planning method(SLP)to analyze logistics relation and non-logistics relation between operation units.According to the actual logistics volume and assembly workstation distribution distance,the logistics strength and correlation diagram are determined,which is taken as data base for integrated analysis.Then,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method is adopted to in integrated analysis to improve the traditional method.The weight of the logistics relationship and non-logistics relationship are determined according to the staff's scoring of the main influencing factors.This makes the SLP method more realistic.The final layout suitable to the enterprise program is worked out.Finally,this dissertation uses FlexSim software for 3D simulation.It visualizes the results of a warehouse area plan,validates the layout,and optimizes the production process.The research results of this dissertation guarantee the practicality of warehousing area and the smooth flow of enterprise production line.
