| With the rapid development of China’s economic, the logistics industry has entered a development of the unprecedented peak period. In recent years, the large manufacturing enterprises and logistics enterprises have increased their efforts in setting up their own distribution centers, the purpose is to ensure that the cost of raw materials and commodity can be reduced in the process of logistics, improving inventory turnover rate and operation efficiency of the logistics system. The enterprise economic benefit and service level be improved is the ultimate goal. In terms of reality, there are many deficiencies in planning and design for distribution process because of the late starting, the main reason is high cost of the distribution center construction. So there is a big risk investment construction the distribution center for enterprise. Owing above background, to assure the distribution process planning is scientific and reasonable, it significant for us to make a further research in this area. In addition, the simulation modeling is an important method in this research, it’s a trend that the application of computer simulation in the design of distribution process planning, because of the similar Flexsim simulation software can verify the feasibility and effects of the planning scheme effectively.This paper mainly introduces three practical problems in the process of logistics distribution, by studying the relevant theories and applying the methods, the final results is implemented in the logistics distribution problems, and the feasibility and rationality of the solution is validated through the system simulation method.Firstly, a multi-functional medical distribution center layout planning is proposed in this paper. Aiming at the work flow and the design result of function-area partition, the layout planning of this distribution center is determined through using SLP method. After the simulation analysis of layout planning, this planning basically met requirements of the smooth logistic flow and the operations needs is validated.Secondly, this paper puts forward the sorting strategy choice problem in a electric commercial enterprise distribution center. Based on the theory of reasonable order batching method can improves operation efficiency and reduces transport distance greatly, the general order batching strategy as foundation, it make two optimization strategies of order batching for enterprise. Finally, combined with the simulation analysis method, the optimum order batching strategy is chosen out for this distribution center.At last, the optimization problem of production and distribution system in a auto parts production enterprise is proposed in this paper. After discussing the defects of two typical production modes in the material distribution system, an optimized method of production and distribution is put forward. Afterwards, this optimization method can effectively reduce inventory levels and improve the production efficiency for the enterprise is verified based on Flexsim simulation software.In this paper, based on analysis process of the three practical problems, the importance of the logistics distribution system to improve enterprise efficiency, reduce logistics and production costs is elaborated. In addition, the system simulation method is the practical significance to solve the problem of logistics distribution. |
