Research On The Real Estate Archives Management Based On CZ City

Real estate is the most important economic resource of a country and society.In recent years,with the development of our socialist market economy,the real estate in different regions has undergone great changes.Real estate management is becoming more and more complicated because of the pluralism of property right subject,diversification of property rights and the difference of property right content.The intensive management of real estate archives is the inevitable way to promote the continuous standardization and scientific development of real estate management.This paper introduces the concepts and types of real estate archives,real estate related files,intensive management and so on,using the Methods of literature review,investigation and Case analysis,and discusses the forming environment and restrictive factors of real estate archives,and studies the value and function of real estate archives.Secondly,through the comparison between the intensive management mode of real estate archives and the traditional real estate archives management mode,points out the shortcomings of the current real estate archives management mode,as well as the feasibility and superiority of the intensive management mode of real estate archives,and puts forward the concrete mode of intensive management of real estate archives.Finally,this paper takes the model of the real estate Archives management in CZ city as an example,through the description of the current situation of real estate archives management in this city,the author analyses its existing problems: 1.There are many departments,the process of convergence is complicated;2.Archives are dispersed,standards are different,3.Archival data and business linkages are low;4.No training for archival managers Lack of professionals.According to the principle and idea of intensive management mode of real estate archives,combined with some links of CZ city in real estate archives management,intensive management mode has been introduced,but in general it is still in accordance with the characteristics of traditional mode operation,the feasibility of carrying out intensive management of real estate archives is described,It also sums up the actual effect and the deficiency of the intensive management of the real estate archives in CZ city.In view of the shortcomings of CZ city in the intensive management of real estate archives,combined with the requirements and necessary conditions of intensive management of real estate archives,a feasible optimization strategy is put forward.Specific: 1.Strengthen the standardization of archives management;2.Strengthen the information management of archives;3.Strengthen the construction of the service platform of the archives management;4.Archives Management personnel specialization;5.Archives Management Network,6.Strengthening the coordination of archives management institutions.
