The research subject of this thesis is commercial archives,that is,archives of commercial archives hosting companies.The archives storehouse is an important place for keeping archives,which is of great significance for protecting the safety of the archives and extending the service life of the archives.With the development of society and the advancement of science and technology,the way of archival formation,record carriers and storage methods have also changed.At the same time,the idea of low-carbon environmental protection and the emphasis on the construction of ecological civilization is also proposed.Higher requirements.This paper uses China Knowledge Network,Wanfang,Weipu and other databases as well as the "Enterprise Search" information query platform as data sources.It uses the literature analysis method,comparative analysis method,and field survey method to analyze the conversion of idle real estate of state-owned enterprises into the feasibility of commercial archives,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of this feasibility analysis,and proposes corresponding solutions and suggestions.This thesis is divided into four parts.The first part is an overview of the state-owned enterprises 'idle real estate.The main content is the reasons,characteristics,attributes and current status of use of state-owned enterprises' idle real estate.The second part is the location selection of commercial archives,design and transformation,and discusses the necessity and feasibility of the feasibility analysis from two aspects of state-owned enterprises and commercial archives hosting companies.The third part is the concrete conversion process of converting idle real estate of state-owned enterprises into commercial archives,conducting case analysis through traffic conditions,costs,etc,and strict and specific conversion procedures.The fourth part is the advantages and challenges of converting idle real estate of state-owned enterprises into commercial archives,as well as recommended measures.It analyzes its advantages from the aspects of cost-effectiveness,transportati on,and preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets,and discusses them from the aspects of laws,tenure,and leasing procedures The challenges that this conversionmay face.The suggestions and measures start with the challenges in Part III and improve on the problems that may arise.The booming development of commercial archive hosting companies has important practical significance for the country's archive cause.
