Intensive archives management system based on RFID technology is widely used in intensive shelves,archives cabinets and revolving libraries,it realizes the functions of fast inventory,real-time monitoring and location of intensive archives,it makes archives management safe and convenient,and reduces the and cost savings.RFID used in the archives management system makes the traditional document management become automated and intelligent.However,the existing archives management system,whether based on high-frequency or ultra-high-frequency RFID,cannot achieve the unique correspondence between antenna and archives.Moreover,the main controller of the existing archives management system uses Android or Windows,which has high prices and is difficult to expand peripherals.In order to meet the above requirements,this paper which based on high-frequency RFID develops an intensive file management system.The contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to system requirement,design the overall architecture of the system.The system composition of Linux industrial control screen,main control board and radio reader and indicator lamp is realized.The interface relationship and communication protocol between each module are determined.(2)Firstly,the principle of radio communication is analyzed.Then an array radio reader composed of radio antenna and radio switch is designed.Finally,the impedance matching and power regulation of the antenna are completed.(3)A set of radio system of "master board + radio reader" is designed,which realizes the unique correspondence between archives and storage locations.(4)Hardware circuit and peripheral module of industrial computer are designed,and the software of archives management system is designed.Industrial computer is based on Linux operating system.It has rich peripherals and friendly man-machine interaction interface.The system chooses different hardware modules according to requirements and has been successfully applied in many large projects.The system has been tested in different environments for a long time.The system is stable,reliable,cheap,scalable,easy to install and has friendly interactive interface.
