| In the operation of real estate registration department,the management of archives information is crucial.In order to more convenient and efficient management of customer information and land and house property information,avoid archives information error rate is high,before the customer low reusability,sharing of archives information resources,land and house property information update the status of the hysteresis,provide unified real-time property ownership registration departments related electronic file information access services,design,development,and achieved the set of real estate archives management system.This system based on Browser/Server(Browser/Server)architecture,using Java based Web application development model,adopt the SSH(Spring,Struts and Hibernate)unified integration framework,the development of the model based on the MVC concept to design development.The system front-end interface using DIV and CSS page layout,use SQL SERVER 2014 database system connection.System has realized the use query,electronic records management,archives management,statistics report,and personal office five modules.File query to based on the current authority relationship within the system information query,management and other operations;Electronic records management on all the files in the system application and management review;Using management module within the purport of the system of records and other related records management;Statistics report module is aimed at the related report real estate registration information and archives information management;Personal office module is designed to realize the particularity of the users of the system and the user permissions.This system has run,a good registration of real estate in the department of archives and the use of information for scientific management,effectively improve the utilization of all kinds of real estate archives,help to promote the rapid growth and development of the real estate business. |
