The Construction And Implementation Of County Electric Power Communication Network In Hengshui Power Supply Company

County electric power communication network is an important part of electric power communication network,which plays an important role in terminal access,gathering and data analysis.Because the transmission flow of the county communication network and the bandwidth requirement are different from the provincial and municipal communication network,so the construction and implementation of county electric power communication network should be widely studied whether it is from the aspects of communication technology,network structure or transmission model.This paper first refers to a large number of literatures and proposes to build Hengshui county electric power communication network based on PTN technology according to the practical situation of Hengshui.Then throughing the method of collecting the basic data statistics,making a statistical analysis of the operation status of Hengshui county communication network in terms of the technical mode,optical cable resources,business requirements,pointing out the weak link and solutions.Based on the analysis results,this paper studies the construction scheme of Hengshui county communication in many aspects and makes a feasible plan in the aspects of hierarchy division,deployment strategy,network management construction,clock access and so on with the way of combination of technology introduction and Hengshui practical situation.Trying to realize differentiation analysis,optimization of construction strategy and establish of Hengshui characteristic county communication network in the process of construction and implementation of county communication network.Then,throughing the establishment of a practical testing environment and hardware and software testing methods,the testing of the performance index of Hengshui county communication network in many aspects validated the construction result which can meet Hengshui county business needs.Finally,aiming at the implementation of PTN network and the development of operation and maintenance work,this paper summarizes the concrete matters needing attention in the operation and maintenance work and the experience of operation and maintenance work,which plays an active role in promoting the level of operation and maintenance work.The construction and implementation of Hengshui county communication network is conducive to the development of communication and information integration and can better serve the construction and operation of power grid.The content of this paper has theoretical guiding significance and engineering reference value.
