China Electric Power Industry entered intelligent,high voltage,large unit,large power grid times,it becomes more and more that the enterprise's requirements for the timeliness,reliability of power supply.At the same time,the electric power enterprise's task are more difficult in the power grid construction,equipment,technical innovation,engineering management,while the production management mode of the power company is backward,the management process is trival and low efficiency,so they has a pressing need to use new technologies,new methods and new methods to improve the efficiency of management,to optimize the management process,to realize the automation and modernization of management,and to provide technical support for power grid safe operation.For arrange and organise business process orderly,to assist business personnel timely and efficiently to complete business processing work,to realize the standardization,the intensification and the lean of production management,the paper developed a set of two ticket management system that meets the demand of electric power supply company.This thesis focuses on the current power supply company operation ticket,ticket manual operation problems,using Java programming language to develop a management system of two votes on the basis of B/S model,and introduces the method to realize the system function,running environment and database structure design etc.The system uses the B/S structure mode,selection of design and development of integrated framework of J2 EE multi-tier architecture based on Struts+Spring+Hibernate,using SQLServer2008 database management for data storage and information management to achieve the work ticket,the operation ticket,to enhance the management level of power supply company two votes.This paper uses the idea of software engineering,introduces the work ticket,the operation ticket business process,analyzes the functional requirements of the system of two ticket management,and describes the method of work tickets function design and implementation effect,expounds the database technology used by the system.This paper uses UML use case diagram,class diagram and sequence diagram and activity diagram describes two tickets management system for the work ticket,the operation ticket management function requirements,function and design method,the whole process and function realization.The power company two ticket management system to achieve the establishment,work ticket inquiries,ticket statistics,ticket query,ticket to work operationlog typical tickets and other functions,in the work ticket to establish links,to achieve the work ticket billing,issuing,receiving,checking,licensing,return,extension,alteration,termination work flow;the system realizes the function establishment,operation ticket operation ticket query,operation ticket statistics,operation ticket query log,operation ticket,the ticket to the typical statistics such as zero,the establishment of links in operation tickets,the operation ticket billing,review and backfilling work flow.In the process of system development,according to the specific needs to meet the user's requirements for system testing,after the completion of the system development and the overall test,integration testing;system development after being deployed to the real network environment,the system is running well,meet the actual needs of the company.The establishment of system of management of power supply company after two votes,two votes can regulate the fill in the work,the network and information management to achieve the goal,work intensity of relevant staff reduced to two votes,the management efficiency has been improved.
