The construction of the power grid system has undergone rapid development,asthe Important support of grid operation and the basis of information constructionplatform——Power communication network has made considerable progress and aqualitative leap too. Developed from Simple voice and telecontrol data transmissionto hierarchical partition transmission of Integrated Automation System、Videosurveillance、Business of VoIP etc. Developed from the transmission mode as PowerLine Carrier、800M Clusters to fiber optic ring network、Satellite Communications.All witnessed the course of development of the electric power communicationnetwork and gradually raise of the importance.But like Communication system for allindustries, Power communication network is extremely fragile when the Catastrophicdamage occurs.This study has compared and analysed technique of disastertolerance, the level and effect of disaster recovery technology, probed deeply into thecharacteristics and disaster recovery system construction situation of electric powercommunication system, according to the actual operation of county power supplyenterprise communication, focus on the implementation of the construction andoptimization of the communication network system, made the communicationnetwork system to meet the demand of communication disaster recovery of businesslevel and two centers of synchronous operation. Finally this study probed andconstructed a set of communication network system suitable for county power supplyenterprise communications disaster recovery requirements in business level. Thissystem has done a number of performance test such as the protection switching time,network delay and jitter, and achieved the desired results. In this study, we can seethat the demand and the determinants of disaster recovery system is different fordifferent enterprises. So we should suit one’s measures to local conditions, continue toimprove and perfect combined with the actual situation in the planning andconstruction process.”There is no best technology, only the most suitable scheme” isthe so-called.
